netsec-ops is a network-security and operations firm, and the company behind products such as IPAuth. This policy covers this website and our interactions with prospective and current clients. Our products are governed by their own privacy notices.

Information we collect

What you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, company (if provided), and the contents of your message.
Engagement information. During client work we handle information needed to deliver the engagement. That is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, not this page.
Logs. Standard server logs (such as IP address, request, and timestamp) for security and to keep the site running. These are rotated on a short schedule.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask for.
To operate and secure this website and prevent abuse.
To send you communications you have requested or that relate to our work together.

How we share it

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as hosting and email), and only as needed; when required by law; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.

Security, retention, and your choices

We protect information with reasonable technical and organizational measures, encrypt traffic in transit, and keep information only as long as needed. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
