netsec-ops is led by Tony Perez and Daniel Cid — the co-founders of Sucuri (acquired by GoDaddy), OSSEC, CleanBrowsing, NOC.org, and Trunc — with a small team of engineers and analysts behind them.

Between Daniel and Tony, our founders have shipped open-source software running in tens of thousands of environments, built and operated anycast networks handling billions of requests a day, and written more incident-response reports than they care to count. We built netsec-ops because, after years inside larger companies, we wanted to go back to doing the actual work — with clients we can help, on engagements we can finish well.

Engagement shapes range from one-off architecture reviews and incident response, to multi-month builds, to ongoing managed-services arrangements.

• Founders run every engagement. Tony or Daniel is on every call. No handoff to a junior account team.
• A real team backs them. Engineers and analysts who've worked alongside us for years handle the deeper execution — under direct founder leadership, not subcontracted out.
• We tell you if we're not the right fit. If your problem needs pentesting, hardware procurement, or legal work, we'll point you to the right people.
• We document everything. Even short engagements end with a written summary you can show your team, board, or auditor.
• We don't resell. No vendor kickbacks. If we recommend a tool, it's because we'd use it ourselves.
